The primary audience consists of PMOS 0602 Lieutenant Colonels, Majors, Captains, and selected First Lieutenants serving in the Fleet Marine Force or Supporting Establishments. The following student eligibility criteria apply to MCPC 2-22.Ģ.a. Students will receive instruction from various military and civilian professors spanning the Joint Operational Environment and participate in a MAGTF planning series, case studies, and discussions on space, cyberspace, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.Ģ. MCPC focuses on three main lines of effort: bridging experience-gaps in MAGTF Command and Control (C2) and Naval Integration, introducing concepts of Joint and Coalition C2 integration, and approaches to C2 in the Future Operating Environment. While attending MCPC, students will develop the skills necessary to plan advanced MAGTF communications architectures across the following: the range of military operations multi-domain operations and denied and degraded command and control, communications, and computers, environments (D2C4E). Marine Corps Officers with the Primary MOS (PMOS) of 0602 will be awarded the Necessary MOS (NMOS) skill designator 0603 upon successful course completion. MCPC is an advanced formal skills progression training course for Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 0602 Lieutenant Colonels, Majors, and Captains. The CTB will teach portions of this course at classification levels up to SECRET NOFORN.
